Rounded corners usually require a bit more breathing space for other elements in the design, so they can be bothersome sometimes. As for the Drawing pad, it was divided vertically on my Mini 6 so far, it was adequate even on the little screen, this horizontal split is horrendous.

There's been some UI changes in Procreate it seems. Added some dumb rounded edges that mess with the interface on small devices usually. Here's how my Brush Studio looks now on the iPad Mini 6. Unusable!I can't access most options without scrolling down. Drawing Pad is weird, sliders are longass.

It is tasty definitely, and it's easy to work with, not one of those with excessive dark edges if you paint over anything, they're usually hard to work with. I should make a little video demo.

My October started with me getting cleared for surgery by the anesthesiologist this morning. Hopeful the operation will happen mid-month. I hope to not use the word "surgery" anymore from 2026. Enough is enough, jeez. 💪
