The main parts in my robot, and how they are connected.
The two Arduinos run their little loops collecting sensor data and then sending it to the mini PC over the USB cable. The PC is running SQL server and a custom built chat bot.

and even ran her main motors for a while, to test the current draw. She ran for about an hour, and her battery voltage went from 22 volts to 21 volts. I estimate that she would run another two hours before I’d have to recharge her.

Tonight (9/21/25) was the first time that Zoe’s new computer ran on her batteries. I had been running her on a power supply for conversion, programming and testing. I loaded down the CPU with a bunch of programs,

The new computer runs MUCH faster than the old computer.(YEA) The drivers for the Phidget I/O boards do not want to run on Win 11.(BOO) Dragon speech recognition & TTS does not want to run(BOO) "Voice Access" is extraordinarily good at SR, but CRASHES intermitently

Zoe might be getting a new brain, if I can upgrade her old code to run under Windows 11.
Also, I may be using Win 11 "Voice Access" instead of Dragon Speech recognition.

Rather than buying a new copy of Dragon, I'm trying to use the "Voice access" built into Windows 11. I just discovered that "Voice Access" will not let you use "dirty words or phrases". I'm being censored by Microsoft.
