To the LGBTQIA community, I promise to be your ally. I used to manage a clinic that provided Gender Affirming care. To my patients: YOU MATTER. I am heartbroken over the hate this new administration and it's cult followers are displaying. I am a safe space and I have plenty of Mom hugs to give 🌈🙏
