The Supreme Court, Presidency, Senate and two party system are all quite anti-democratic institutions as presently constructed.

This just reiterates that the GOP are totally fine with the suffering of American citizens, because they don't believe in everyone having a right to "Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness."
Senate Republicans blocked a resolution demanding full funding for SNAP benefits.
This, as Trump still refuses to fully restore SNAP to 42 million Americans.

The fact that the rest of the Democratic party present were content with just holding up their little ping pong paddles was a huge disappointment. If they truly are against this Russian lapdog and the MAGAts, they have to be willing to get their hands dirty.

It's pretty crazy that I've been helping raise a little human from scratch for a year today. It felt like both a long period and a short moment.
