Sounds like he'll fit in our system pretty dang well! We desperately needed better distribution from our CBs last year, that would be welcome. I hope it works out!

Yeah, the midfield has been incredibly disappointing this year. Rincon gets muscled off the ball often, Sy's passing leaves something to be desired, and neither of them have good defensive instincts IMO. Quite a few bad turnovers from them. Hopefully a match-fit Gio helps a lot.

Sadly we don't get any injury info from the club, but the fact that we had a short bench for the Fire II game and he wasn't on it heavily implies an injury. Might be part of why he didn't start against RBNY II, but can't be sure. I don't think he's been bad enough to get benched tbh

Very small sample size of course on the games with first teamers since it's only happened 8 times this year. 8/19. And 2 of those were games where our only first team player was Stas in goal.

And another time that the Crew 1 have let us down. A home game, no Crew 1 game played for a while, next game is 4 days away, and 0 players loaned down? Not even guys you don't expect to make the bench? Come on. #CapyCrew

I expected to get completely blitzed, so a 1-3 loss is not bad. But still. Crew 2 FO continues to just not give a dang. Really hard to care about this team right now. #CapyCrew
