Seeing all the ultra stickers and flags last week while in Germany has me thinking of redoing the 312 Stuttgart logo to be less like the actual crest. Might flesh out some ideas over the long weekend

Ran into a protest against the proposed use of facial recognition at matches and talked to a Stuttgart supporter who seemed suspicious of an American in all black running gear asking questions. It was fun to see VfB in the wild (though he didn't have any advice on getting tickets v. Dortmund).

Uhhhhh... I think the German National Team is staying in the same hotel as us? There were a few guys in the lobby in full Mannschaft track suits that looked like coaching staff.

So I just realized I'm gonna be in Düsseldorf when VfB plays Dortmund and it's only an hour away by train. I know it's a long, long, long shot but if anybody happens to have a couple extras in the away end... just sayin'...

Gonna be in Leipzig when the Die Mannschaft takes on Slovakia and thought about grabbing tickets but $90 a pop BEFORE fees is a bit steep. Guess I'll just have to watch in a bar while drinking all the Gose.
