My kind of self saboage: There's something about 'wilderness travel' that, to me, means you're going north. There's not a clear reason for this.

So, obviously, I made a world setting where 100% of global exploration is south, forever causing me to stumble when giving directions in every game I run.

This is extremely cool, and makes a lot of sense! As someone who runs a 5e experience that isn't exactly parallel to 'core D&D', there are a lot of small improvements in #Free5e that address points of confusion my players can sometimes run into.

Underground, in a cave filled by a forest of giant mushrooms, a woman is walking, who seems to be in her sixties, one hand holding a sword, the other one resting on her wolf companion. She's very muscular, like she could carry you over her shoulders...if the need arise. She's wearing used and tattered traveling clothes with a slight green tint, most likely to blend in the environment.
One peculiar thing about her and her wolf, is the magic emanating from them...

A black dress that reflects a pattern of stars from an unknown cosmos. Throughout the day, the gown’s pattern will shift as though reflective of an ever-changing starscape.
When attuned to, the gown will provide you with the following benefits:
▶ You gain advantage on Dexterity (Stealth) checks when under starlight or moonlight
▶ You gain darkvision when under starlight or moonlight. If you already have darkvision you can now see in darkness as though it were bright light
▶ You gain +1 to AC
▶ Once per day you may cast a visually altered version of the Darkness spell. The orb of darkness summoned by the gown into a location of your choosing glitters with starlight
