For extra damage: specifically request a team lead. Our place was split into lead agents and team leads, the TLs were not supposed to be taking supe calls, but would if they were adamant enough. Do this. They have other important shit to do and management will notice more if it doesn't get done.

Got hung up on? Great! Call back and use that as a reason to escalate right away!
Any call that is disconnected on their side is also automatically flagged for manual review in most places. The key is to eat up as many resources as possible!
