Got me thinking "what specifically would prompt the 'Miss' in the evolution name" and
The three evolution forms of the Pokémon Miss Cigarettes from left to right: The starting form is "Rolupp", a hand rolled cigarette with wild tobacco hair popping out of the top and a dumb smirk on its face that sits on the upper portion of the cigarette. The first evolution is "Filta", a lit filter cigarette with an angry face. That's pretty much it. The final evolution is Miss Cigarettes, a filterless cigarette whose lower body is now a cigarette holder (commonly seen as a femme fashion accessory in the 20th century). She emits wispy smoke from the top that looks somewhat hairlike. Her smile is worn and her eyes are tired. She also has cigarette butts for arms that are bent to look like she has elbows. She is very tall, so that one could imagine she'd constantly have to lean diagonally to fit onto the screen during battles.

Definitely not fantasy, but I keep scouring used book sites for an edition of A Canticle for Leibowitz with this cover because it slaps so hard.

That's kinda it. Large-scale adoption of GenAI tools won't improve your work if you have any standards. In fact they'll eat up your time and undermine your expertise.

A detail of John's selfie which has been slightly glitched for horror purposes. On top of his closet we see a black, hairy shape with no visible features. Is it a friend? Is it just watching? Mostly thanks to quitting Twitter when they scuttled TweetDeck, I've picked up some books I've had on my reading list for way too long.

Currently going through Le Guin's Hainish books. They're all pretty dope so far, and this section from The Dispossessed made me go full Sickos meme.
