Ohhhh, that's fun! Definitely love the Dugtrio/Mousehold approach to the full evolution.
Got me thinking "what specifically would prompt the 'Miss' in the evolution name" and
The three evolution forms of the Pokémon Miss Cigarettes from left to right: The starting form is "Rolupp", a hand rolled cigarette with wild tobacco hair popping out of the top and a dumb smirk on its face that sits on the upper portion of the cigarette. The first evolution is "Filta", a lit filter cigarette with an angry face. That's pretty much it. The final evolution is Miss Cigarettes, a filterless cigarette whose lower body is now a cigarette holder (commonly seen as a femme fashion accessory in the 20th century). She emits wispy smoke from the top that looks somewhat hairlike. Her smile is worn and her eyes are tired. She also has cigarette butts for arms that are bent to look like she has elbows. She is very tall, so that one could imagine she'd constantly have to lean diagonally to fit onto the screen during battles.

Ohhhh thanks for reminding me this exists! Kinda dropped off this game due to decision paralysis with all of the available upgrades for the action sequences. Should hop back on.
