Yes, when an illegal siege is held over the population, racist and apartheid rules dictate their lives, freedom of movement is restricted, and homes/livelihoods/land is systematically attacked and occupied by Israelis.

There is ample evidence of IDF and Israelis celebrating the death of Palestinian children, men and women, and of racial hatred. The fact that people in Israel are jews is besides the point- it is their actions that are judged - not their religion or ethnicity.
