Not all doom and gloom tho! I’ll read game design books, watch longplays, or practice pixel art on my phone during outages. No power, no problem, I hope.
There's also a bunch of music I want to listen deeply, so that's a plus.

My old method sounds a bit unorthodox, but I think I can try to utilize 'visible on/off screen' in different case, let's say performance efficiency or something.
