Alright, another 3500 words today for a total of 7100 so far this week. That should save the pixie's life and meet the goals that Kimberly and Bookwyrm set for me! Last one there is Adam's goal at 10K. I think it's possible.

And NOW I have to justify the way the deaths are happening as part of the overarching plot (because 'they're just gross' isn't acceptable to me) and I have no idea what to do there so I'm going to bed to reset my creative brain and my dreams are going to be so messed up now and it's my own fault.

I definitely get that. I'm just doing the first few chapters that are the buildup, setting the scene, etc. We're not fully into the deep, dark, grimy stuff yet but I can feel it loomin.
