I'm looking for any good user-friendly art programs that are budget-friendly/free to use for Windows PC/Android because I wanna get into drawing so badly. Any suggestions would be appreciated. This is my first post and I'm quite shy, so I might be slow to respond.
Found a good art program, but I have had no motivation to practice drawing lately since it never seems to lead anywhere.

I'd ask one of the artists I follow for drawing tips, but I'm too awkward to actually do it.
