Harvesting solar power by installing panels on roof tops has to be the simplist way to add to a grid. In most cases the tops of government building are at most a story level away from plugging into the grid.Fill the roof tops before clearing fields. www.philstar.com/the-freeman/...

In the Pacific this legacy of war goes back to at least the Russo-Japanese War of 1904-05 and continued to the end of the Cold War. They are indisputably a growing threat to marine lives and the sustainability of coastal communities across the Pacific Ocean.
