The CCA in 2000 covered adoptees who were under the age of 18 that year. But since then, efforts to get adoptees born before 1982-ish automatic citizenship (like your screenshot) have stalled. Def call your congresscritters to voice support!

I have this one bookmarked for a spring trip. I’m guessing my kid will mostly survive off of pastries for the two weeks, but I mean, who hasn’t at some point.
