Not sure how much farmers get to sleep anymore with this crazy unpredictable weather anyway!!

In Pembrokeshire the landowners are involved in the Naturally Connected www.pembrokeshirecoast.wales/news/new-fun... and in the Chilterns most were very wildlife friendly with regen practices. Would be great to engage those more intensive farms!

I just love that most of these people would never have considered going out to buy their own moth trap, and now they're hooked!

Great! I'm based in Reading so north Hants would be great - and have a friend in Whitchurch I could stay with for further south :)

Let me know where/when and depending which part of Hants I could be keen :)

This important study takes a bit of reading to get the nuances. It’s hard to believe there has been no overall decline because of previous studies on UK Leps, but it seems like climate change is creating as many winners as habitat losers. Perhaps because UK is in N Europe where sp can still spread?

People say "autism never used to exist" and then you go to the Natural History Museum and the exhibit has a caption like "Born in 1762, The Revd [name] was famously irascible, steadfast in his routine, and dedicated his life to collecting 25,000 rare beetle specimens".

Fundamentally, the headbanging Right doesn't believe Autism (or ADHD) exists. Or in so far as it does exist, a human conspiracy has created it.

We're back to their core outlook that 'It didn't exist back in the good old days so can't exist now.'

'It must just be some modern woke Marxist nonsense'.
