Let's have a laugh, eh?
So I've fallen, involuntarily, in the snow 4 times this year. Up 400% from last year.

I’m once again fundraising for Coldest Night of the Year, supporting St. Felix Centre, a charity in downtown Toronto that provides compassionate and safe services to marginalized communities. I plan on bundling up and walking the 5 km on February 28th. Please consider donating at the link below.

Even more surprising is a reference to the Poisonwood Bible (s18:e4). So curious about why the writers included that.
Very surprised to see an AI doom episode via American Dad (S20,E21).

I wanted the runners up of physical asis to win. Amazing what the human body can do.

Collaborate or Perish! By Bratton & Tumin is vv good. I can tell it's the kind of book I'll read again for fun.

I am close to finishing my reading goal. The sad-empty dip in mood from finishing one persists although I'm quickly into the next.

Catron's "how to fall in love with anyone" was written poetically and very well researched! Highly recommend.

December is my religious month dedicated to creating templates for tracking metrics. Holy mother of measurement. Parise be.🙏🙌

My new disease is First Dates UK (2013-present). Despite it being reality tv, I find it so interesting to see how other people navigate that first (blind) date space. People are very averse to doing the rejection - while sometimes cowardly, it's mostly misplaced compassion via resistance.

Restarting a new Ani DiFranco listening era for myself. Feeling very gritty.

Crazy how when I don't like the results of a Google search, I retry different combinations of words, rather than accept that, yes, there are coyotes about this time of year and I should not go on this desolate trail -_-

A stranger saw that I was somewhat inappropriately dressed for the cold and offered to give me their gloves.

Nice things happen 😌

OMG. THIS IS SO SIMPLE. I was planning to build a cold box.
Protect your winter veg! 🛡️ Placing cloches over your tender crops like spring cabbages, bok choy, and winter lettuce now will help insulate them from severe frost and cold winds. This mini-greenhouse effect keeps them warmer and ready for an earlier, healthier harvest! 🥬 #WinterGardening #GYO

I feel like I'm edging the last 4 tabs (typing speed practice, illusion of thinking paper, a job posting, and a notebook on current events through an economic lens).
I'm promising myself to close these out before the New Year.

It's fascinating to me that someone can look at me (for long or short) and it feels like nothing. While Someone else can look at me and it has *weight*.
The gravity of their gaze is neither good nor bad, but very dense.

How does this happen?
