We need more things like this. It should not be so hard to create levels and have them look decent in 3D in Godot. I should not have to use blender or a plugging for placing objects easily and efficiently. Terrain, placement, building with texturing are not niche in 3d they are necessary.
I am considering preparing a proposal for a MultiMeshEditor node in Godot.
I truly believe that the engine needs a basic option to use multimesh nodes, with limited functionality (unlike existing plugins).
