He used to have a huge and naughty personality and was so suave but now I’m not sure if we’ll ever see that again…..I’ve had a lot of cats grow old and sick in my life but never one who just doesn’t seem like the same cat as even a year ago :(

He also just lost his personality this year which is the saddest part of all. He just eats and sleeps and has little interest in anything else. I miss when he used to chase his brother around or when we would meow at each other but he hasn’t meowed or purred at all in the last year.

Yeah we definitely are! Basically he has a lot of unexplained neurological/heart issues which is why they sent us to a specialist- I just wasn't expecting the specialist to be THAT expensive.....There has to be another avenue though 😅 Thank you!!

As for pet insurance, he's never been eligible because he's always had pre-existing conditions :(

I wish we had gotten it for him when we first adopted him in 2019 but he’s been a sickly boy this whole time and has never been eligible due to his pre existing conditions :(
