Did you ever see the ep of Community where they had a class called, "Nicholas Cage: Good or Bad?" The professor warns that there is no answer, but Abed insists on trying to answer it and has a nervous breakdown. I didn't like the later episodes of the show much, but that one really had me howling.

My auntie has Celiac so the past several Thanksgivings and Christmases have been all about trying to find the right ratios of stuff that allows me to still make good stuff without too much extra work. I just tried out an apple/cranberry crumble that was good. Will do for TG without cranberries.
