Sports medicine said my max HR is 110, even though today I started with 112bpm before any exercise. Still, I decided to just ‘work up’ to a light jog = 183bpm, significant chest pain and had to walk home very gingerly. 2.5 years with Long Covid, rehabbing cardiac dysautonomia is going be a long time
