My mom is on the sofa folding towels and my dog is watching intently. So my mom starts teaching my dog how to fold towels. It's almost like a grandma teaching their grandkid. It was so cute. My dog was inspecting each towel.

I had to reschedule my allergy appointment due to my runny nose and post-illness lingering cough (their rules, not mine). I had to stop taking allergy meds when I was sick and I have to be off them for allergy testing.

So now I am back on them. Thank god.

My aunt, grandpa, and the rest of the siblings can freely be who this world should have let them be all this time. In the spirit world they can authentically be themselves, and that is what gets me. I am greiving that piece. Where by birth right, their cultural practices should've been accepted.

I was absolutely over today by the time I got home.

Then we just found out my great aunt, my Papa's sister, passed away an hour ago. She has gone back to the spirit world to be with her parents, my chapans.

She had dementia. Her body was weak.

I'm done.
