I'm interested in an opposing view as long as it's supported by data, ethics, human rights.

I can be wrong about things! I'm sure I am plenty of times, and I'm ready to change my mind when presented with new/better facts.

I don't see anyone saying it's *good* that the court is illegitimate.

But we have to understand how broken the system is before we have any chance of repairing it.

When there's a pipe spewing sewage into your basement you don't stand around saying, "Gosh can you imagine if this was sewage? Whew!"

They are, and the consequences are extremely dire, but that pales in comparison to the much bigger problem: we don't have a legitimate president of the United States right now. What we are to make of his enablers and supporters who have thereby also delegitimized themselves is a secondary problem.

Yeah when someone is levying war against a state, they don't share their maneuvers with their enemy.

That's how a war works.

The gov needs to update his language and apply the correct constitutional terms of art to describe this treason.
