I'm assuming the California cops that own the rights have been approached about this (how could they not?) and just don't like the idea of them being sold as entertainment instead of education but... They're some of the most well know shockumentary films. Money on the table.

It feels like classic Gaga, but modernized and strengthened by her growth since Born This Way. It feels made for our current times in a different way than Chromatica did. Chromatica felt like the hope we needed during Covid, Mayhem is trying to stay sane during chaotic times.

Wow was this such a fun time! Really wish I'd gotten to enjoy it with a midnight crowd because the humor is pitch perfect for that kind of space. And it manages to have a weirdly timely message too!

But mainly come for the solid practical effects and black/blue comedy.

Oh boy! Better prep for that! 😅
