So the guy himself is saying they arent really even seeing productivity gains? He said they are just using AI because they are afraid of being left behind. He is inviting this public scorn by repeating techbro talking points for no benefit at all. The mind of a CEO is fascinating.

Al supporters by and large are people who look at all the things surrounding us in life and never once think "this is someone's job, someone had to create this" and because it's beneath their notice they can't conceive of anyone enjoying it as a job or deserving pay for it.
All the proponents to AI and all the users of AI are simply just deeply incurious people. They don't care why a process to a thing occurs. They don't care why something is there. And they don't even care to think about why they don't care
