I hate snow...really hate it. No one clears streets well. No one shovels sidewalks. Piles of snow accumulate from snow plows everywhere. For those of us who have to walk and commute by public transportation, it's a "take your life into your own hands" kind of trek. Ugh...

I lost my dad two years ago on Christmas night 2023. I didn't shed a tear yesterday but thought about the memories of him at Christmas. Today, I feel emotionally tired. Grief is odd sometimes. It hits you when you least expect it and in ways you never expect.
