I agree with this for the short term. For the long term the two party system is killing us. Ranked choice voting (RCV) would be a step in the right direction. We need to put serious campaign limits in motion because what we are seeing is Citizens United playing out in real time.

It would be a network coalition. We would have a dem-socialist framework for the ideals of the network. The redirection of tax dollars to the network states would be the power move. In light of the attempted freezing of our public funds and clawbacks from elected reps, it actually seems reasonable.

Far too many red states in this map. I don’t think it is an accurate representation of reality. It would be interesting to have a network of social-democratic states that provides basic public goods such as quality healthcare and education (including college), and invests in healthy communities.

Many of them are out of touch and need social media managers. This is why we keep losing elections… do they not hiresocial media managers? It’s not longer optional for politicians…

I’m sure there is a crypto component as well… I’m worried about this, it looks like they want to deregulate everything, and remove our FDIC insurance. I’m concerned about a dollar collapse, which could be triggered in a number of different ways.

My theory is this is a data power grab for building LLM’s. I would not be surprised if that was the entire point of this. A certain someone is desperately behind in the AI race and wants to do anything to get ahead of his rivals.
