I'm a physicist, a witch, and a gamer (not necessarily in that order).

I write blog posts on my hobbies. In 2025, that's mostly Baldur's Gate 3. I also post pictures of my cats, if they feel like it.

My opinions are based on too little research.
There were some transition rough spots (1Password integration, I can't stand a color-shifting tab bar). But once those settled down, I'm satisfied with Vivaldi. Thanks!

Hmm... the sync function look similar in functionality to Firefox's, and it's available on Mac, Windows, and Linux.

I'll have to check if it's compatible with my password manager, but this looks intriguing.

The only thing that keeps from me from switching away from Firefox is bookmark sync. With Firefox, I can sync my bookmarks and menus between MacOS, Windows, and Linux.

I haven't seen any other browser that can do that... except for Chrome, and that's like jumping from a burning building into lava.

I echo Francesca's question. Are you referring to place you used to live?

Side note: The irony of Heinlein's Coventry was that society that the exiles formed was pretty much like US society at the time.

Go out there and fight the Dragon! It’s Resistant to Fire, so it will take several hours of flame attack to get it down to low HP. But after that, it will be Vulnerable to Slashing damage. You’ll be able to take it out with your melee fighter dual-wielding daggers or longswords.

I'll "me too" this error. Because I'm slow, I find these minigames to be challenging. To have the game crash and know that it will take me ten minutes to reach that point again from a save is infuriating.

No on 8, 9, and 12; I haven't been in touch with popular music since the 50s. I mean the 1850s. That hack Beethoven ruined it for everyone.

Yes on 20. My father revised Alexander Fleming's article on penicillin for the Encyclopedia Britannica, got the kid's edition as payment, and gave it to me.

I never knew that you disagreed with Magic: The Gathering. Nor that you played Bingo.
