Absolutely thrilled to have been involved in innovating Scotland’s ex arts curriculum by launching the Film and Screen curriculum. Not only is this attracting international recognition, but has also become a good news story for Scottish education.

I might be in an entirely different country (ie. London) but seems that the only thing at boiling point is the heads of the people who keep telling each other the country is at boiling point.

Our insurance company just wrote to us that the life saving medication our 9-year-old daughter needs to live is rejected because they decided—CONTRARY TO HER DOCTOR—that it is "Not Medically Necessary."
Her meds costs ~$200K/year. Insurance industry raked in $88 BILLION in profits last year.

Thanks United Healthcare for once again denying my pain meds. I'm a cancer patient w a bad prognosis and in constant unmanageable pain, but just keep counting beans.
