We use Foxit pro at work. I think they have a free version. I guess it depends on what features you are interested in or your needs—I think it is fairly comparable to adobe for features. I’ve used it mostly to fill out forms and to tag PDFs for accessibility. I use preview also.

One of my childhood memories was of an old towel like curtain in the bathroom that had on it all these political and issue buttons that my parents collected at some point in time. STOP ACID RAIN was one such button (northern NY where I lived had this problem from factory emissions further west)

To be fair, when too much liquid goes into the baby, there is a self correcting mechanism that means it will come right back out of the baby soon afterwards, especially if jostled.
