These "Cora" racks are common in Australia. This is poor placing for this sort of rack. For maximum capacity it should be 90° to the wall and about 1m out from the wall then double the capacity is available.

Preferential voting is way ahead of 1st past the post like USA & UK, but proportional voting is the fairest most democratic system.

This is how the Australian House of Representatives would look if we had Proportional voting.

My unfavourite bike racks are ones that reduce the capacity by 1/2 or more due to positioning. The"Cora" rack with the red bike is reduced to 3-4 max. Its capacity is 8 if it is situated with proper access. The blue bike 1 is rendered useless it is easy to get jammed in if you put it at the far end.

I will continue since it is still here. We travelled to North America in 2016/17 & hiked & cycle-toured for 14 months with my Malamute, Flame.

I wanted to see the hummingbird (Guelph, ON), Coyote(Heard & saw signs from ME to LA, to CA), roadrunner (El Paso, TX), and Woodpecker (Fort Davis, TX).

Boorloo Bridge is definitely open. A very welcome addition to Perth's multimodal transportation network.
