Salary is $20 an hour

The Mailroom Clerk is responsible for processing, sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing mail and packages for county departments in a timely and accurate manner. This position also makes scheduled deliveries to local banks, maintains records of shipments, ensures compliance with county mailing procedures, and operates standard mailroom equipment. The clerk assists employees with mailing needs, prepares bulk mailings, and coordinates postal and delivery services.

The Software Information Technology Intern is responsible for providing onsite assistance to users of the Allegheny County Treasurer’s Office with resolutions to their software problems, assisting in the development, testing, and maintenance of Treasurer’s Office software, assisting the Treasurer’s IT team with documentation, and recording the process through the usage of IT tickets. This is a temporary position, requiring 30-40 hours per week for a duration of six months.

The Allegheny County Treasurer's Office is seeking a reliable, communicative, and collaborative print/mail venter to assist with the Real Estate Tax Billing process. This includes the

- printing of exterior and return envelopes

- printing, folding, and inserting of tax bulletins

- printing, folding, inserting, and mailing of tax bills

Bidders should be able to print and mail roughly 401,000 tax bills by January 31.

Period of Contract is December 1, 2025 through November 30, 2028. 

Note that the contract may be extended for up to three months past the contract period.
