Fellow BCS speakers...are you familiar with the work papundak/papundek? My dad used it as an endearment that he said meant "little child" but the only ref I can find online is a TV character played by a Croatian actor??

Watched Nova seed on prime the other day and loved it, always cool to be reminded that things don't have to be super polished or use the most cutting edge tech to tell an engaging story. Also loved that all the sound effects were just like...someone vocalising. Lol

Meant to do this before Xmas but here's a little thread of where you can buy my work or support causes I'm involved in!

I'm delighted to announce that a kids sweater I designed for @seawatch_intl is now available in their store! Sea Watch provides civil sea rescue along Europe's borders.
(I do not make any profit from this, the money goes towards supporting their work)

Y'know what's hard to draw? Clothing! Some of the best lessons in drawing drapery ever published were in the Famous Artists School's Cartooning course. Out of print for 60 years! But there are scans & a pdf on a defunct blog archived at the wayback machine. #comics

Kinda fell out of the habit of posting on here and then my dad passed away suddenly. I do still plan to post artwork here but it'll probably take me a little while to get round to it

So the best way to reduce our carbon footprint appears to be getting rid of the 1%

This whole deal where we have ordinary people desperately calculating their carbon footprint before considering the most trivial action while the wealthy do nothing at all is the most monumental scam and con job. Absolutely intolerable.

Two weeks ago, Jewish Currents interviewed three doctors in Gaza to show the world the direness of their situation. The story was just updated to reflect one of the doctors was killed by an airstrike in his own home, making this quote even more gutting. jewishcurrents.org/we-have-lost...
