This one was found feeding on a cracked open watermelon, in my parking lot. It was even nice enough to let me pick it up for a little. The color shifting of its wings was so pretty.

These little cucumber beetles are all over during early fall. They don't like to sit still, so tracking them with a big lens is difficult.

Never seen a mayapple bloom (white) so that was a cool find on my walk in the woods today. The celandine or wood poppy(yellow) was pretty prevalent though. I'm sure the pollinators are loving them.
