That's exactly it just at sunrise. This other photo taken a few minutes earlier and facing south shows how the direct yellow/orange light is "stuck" way off in the distance, blocked by terrain, leaving mostly reflected reds, pinks, and purples to illuminate the surface.

For this week's #BlueSkyArtShow here's the Puget Sound bathed in some of the most incredible #light I've ever seen.
