Haha! Number 1 New York Times bestseller this week - but that is curated with secret numbers - but Publisher's Weekly has it at number 1 and reports Bookscan numbers (which is not 100% accurate - in fact may only be 60% of the actual sales). But they report 142,932 hardcovers alone.
