Mushrooms are my cilantro and I can taste their presence, no matter how subtle, overwhelmingly. I still make my mom's broccoli casserole (probably a Betty Crocker red book jam), but I always sub CO onion for CO shrooms.

I'm not familiar with her work, but I googled her and saw that it was GBM. As someone who's lost a loved one to the disease, it breaks my heart to see anyone have to suffer through it. RIP indeed.
