I know it's not cool or modest (or mindful or demure or whatever) to be enthusiastic about your own books, but I cannot overstate how much I love the Alchemical Journeys series, or how incredibly affirming and joyous they are to write.

I’m SCREAMING!!! I love art!!! I love artists!!! My timeline is all REAL ART from real amazing artists!! I’m just scrolling on the bus in the mornings like AHHH WHAT IS THIS!! ARTISTRY!!

they have not seen what you have seen, they do not know what you know, so of course they look at your path and see nothing but nothingness. the test is whether or not you cave into their perspective or you stand solidly on what you know and let it all play out.
