I was chatting with a French man who was delighted when I said “allez l’OM” and I had him saying haway the lads.

I have to say I’m impressed with the new Terminal 2 at Manchester Airport. Premier League compared with the non-league T1.

I started to feel the symptoms of a cold last Friday. Looking at my #HRV data from my Garmin watch, it seems that my body started to fight it a week earlier, judging by my HRV edging lower out of the usual range.

Live Aid +40: lots of AWFUL hair and wonderful music. I’m sure I must have watched it live, but I don’t remember what i was really doing as a 21 year old (I certainly didn’t have a mullet).
