I have to say I’m impressed with the new Terminal 2 at Manchester Airport. Premier League compared with the non-league T1.

I started to feel the symptoms of a cold last Friday. Looking at my #HRV data from my Garmin watch, it seems that my body started to fight it a week earlier, judging by my HRV edging lower out of the usual range.

Remarkably easy to swap over a Quark power meter spider on my #trekdomane bike (once I’d sorted an 8mm hex socket with enough torque to extract the crank).

Don’t often visit Starbucks nor get UPF. Why make it with semi-skimmed milk and then add cream? Why not make it with normal milk in the first place?
