푹신한 쿠션, 치즈 크래커, 과일 주스, 혹시 모를 상황에 응급처치를 해줄 할신(아님 섀도하트)만 잘 구비되어 있으면 470mL 정도는 헌혈할 수 있어. 그거면 일반컵 두잔보다 조금 많은 정도니까 나쁘지 않지?
