I firmly believe ADHD diagnosis should be by a jury of ADHD peers. The DSM should just respect that we know our people.

You have a trans closet with two racks of bad clothes. There is no way this is a better system than having people donate clothes to an actual thrift shop which can then give you gift cards for clients to use. I can tell, because that is what every other org that offers clothing support does.
