I took a break from multiplayer code, and wanted to make something I had a fond memory of. There used to be a game dev streamer I loved to watch that had all of their chat as little tiny space ships. You'd get to go on a choose your own adventure and battle each other. Got close! #godot #indiedev

Haven’t been posting much as there isn’t much to show so far! I’ve reworked the server code and I’m just about to have it in a place where two players can join and draw cards.

It’s awesome reworking something and then after deleting and rewriting a bunch of code, just seeing it partially work on the first try.
Currently reworking how actions are handled in the game to simplify and enable me to do the special moves like castle and en passant! Almost there!
