Market is attempting to punish Trump at equal depth and velocity to the rate in which he makes bad decisions. Even though we are all losing money and its painful, that is something to admire.

Uranium is being treated by the market as a line item in AI capex and not as an energy material or commodity, and it is creating alot of pain and confusion for retail (me included).

I don’t invest in the Chinese market because the accounting standards are zero and fraud is rampant, but if I did now is an unusually good time. BYD, Tencent, SE and probably and an international money mover like futu. You wouldn’t hit 100% but you would hit short term overall.

The markets on monday are going to give me a goddamn ulcer bc of Trumps dumbass tariffs. I don’t even know if commodities and producers will be spared, as instead a bunch of money just goes to forward short to mid term spot future contracts and leaves equities.

$urnj has not been meaningfully impacted by the AI surge of the last year. It is down yoy and trades in sympathy with spot usually. It is down over 7% right now off this deepseek news, despite the lack of correlation.

Nat gas cratered while Trump was speaking because he made a declaration to lower oil pricing/interest rates and spiked up bc people realized the policy is literally just asking opec and the fed to do it.
