Really digesting the @animesickos.bsky.social Podcasting Bill of Rights and, yeah, it IS highly illegal when some guys on youtube say "oh and the podcast listeners can't see this" but it is wise and good when a podcaster says "and my cohost is doing this thing that only I can see"
