Fun read. Corky Meyer tested Grumman aircraft during the Golden age of that company. I enjoy reading test pilot's stories because you tend to learn tidbits not found in other aircraft books.

I picked up Bud Anderson's book for $5 in a used book store and started reading. For reference i have read Bob Hoover's book and of course Yeager's. So far I'm pleasantly surprised.

I'm reading this book and I hope it gets better. So far it's a lot of puff, and some not-so-accurate bits on the history of stealth. But then I get to this part here... Is it me or is the given figure for supercruise claim outlandish?
