From my experience; deciphering written scripts aren't that difficult for Greek, Cyrillic and Armenian scripts; with Hangul having an easier basis for letter components. Arabic and Chinese were the most annoying ones; I probably have more records for them individually than any others in total.

Agreed, adding varieties are helpful. I usually find articles to read and translate for European languages; mostly in Greek. As for television I was looking for Genius Go Go Go episodes which are very entertaining. This one also allows for observing varieties of Chinese language which is helpful.
