Like, who is this "god in the machine"? Is it some arrogant know-it-all who insists it's right and doesn't see its own flaws? Is it a pathetic creature desperate to tell us what we want to hear with only the vaguest sense of what that actually is?

I find that conceptually interesting, as a creative idea to play with. The fact that these AI processes lay bare their biases is something conceptually interesting to play with on a creative level.

I also think it's conceptually interesting. Earlier image generation was fascinating because you ask for a picture of "Ronald McDonald" and it gives you an interpretation of "the average Ronald McDonald according to all known data on the internet"

So asking the LLM was a way to sense "what do I look like I do according to my internet presence?"

Helped me get a sense of "who do I look like, at a glance, to total strangers?" Which was great - my problem had been that I couldn't see the woods for the trees.

Yeah, that's what I mean. Sometimes that is helpful, to have a vibe check - I asked an LLM "who is Alistair Aitcheson" recently because I'm looking for work and knew it was unclear what I actually *do*.

The one difference between me on stage and a member of the audience is that I feel confident up there. A lot of people don't. Why should that mean they miss out on the fun?

As host I support and facilitate your ideas without you feeling embarrassed if they don't land. That's my main job up there :)

Just like I wanted Artholomew Video to show the joy of chaos and the unexpected in art, my hope is Mademoiselle Cafetière and Pierce Brosnan do the same for romance.

That's the hope! Does it achieve its goals? That's for the audience to decide. But I'm having a hell of a lot of fun trying 😊

We find new possibilities when we approach romance with playfulness and take joy in chaos and failure.

The clown lives through what she feels in the moment, and what happens when she responds to it. Not where the story wants to take her.
