Try telling yourself a boring story and keep it going no matter what. Like once upon a time there was a little snail. Then name the snail. Then give it a quest and creatures to talk to, and name them all. Just boring and droning but stay on track. It works for me (and others!)

For me:
1) always tired anyway
2) nap is short, only when I'm exhausted (set an alarm for 9 mins, stop snoozing after 1 or 2)
3) listen to music, which keeps my sleep light
3) I sleep late (1:30-2 am)

Naps used to mess me up but after a while they just started working (maybe you gotta be old)

This movie title really hits different if you read it phonetically as one word

It's an ad for SAW X but the letters are pretty close together so it looks like SAWX which reads like socks.
